Wanda Vista Xining

El hotel es muy bonito y la ubicación también es muy buena. Hay mucha comida abajo, al lado de Wanda Plaza, pedimos la habitación temática, la habitación es un poco pequeña, un poco llena de toboganes y carpas. El desayuno es rico, y hay panqueques y frutas. Lo único malo es que el televisor de la habitación solo tiene transmisión en vivo pero no a pedido, y hay copos de nieve. Podemos ver alta definición a pedido en pequeños hoteles en el pequeño condado durante nuestro recorrido por el noroeste. Hay copos de nieve en la televisión de un hotel de cinco estrellas tan grande. ... El niño quería bañ****, pero la bañera se veía un poco gris y no había una cubierta desechable para la bañera, por lo que no se empapó. La habitación está muy cargada y hace mucho calor, y el aire acondicionado no funciona. Es mejor si el camarero viene a abrir la ventana por la noche.

A cuarenta minutos del aeropuerto, detrás se encuentra Wanda Plaza, que es muy conveniente, y el servicio de decoración del hotel también es muy bueno, especialmente atento. Es una pena que las aerolíneas me estafaron y el vuelo fue cancelado. De lo contrario, Xining puede divertirse más y me quedaré en este hotel la próxima vez que venga a Xining.

El servicio del hotel es muy atento, el ambiente es de cinco estrellas, una excelente relación calidad-precio y el desayuno es muy rico. Finalmente, me gustaría agradecer al gerente Tao Yongfu en la recepción por ayudar a mejorar la habitación ejecutiva de forma gratuita, ¡genial!

First time in Xining and didn’t know what to expect. Staff were warm and pleasant. Room was really toasty and I wished the aircon could be switched on at night as the room became really stuffy and hot, especially with thick duvets. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

My stay at R & F Wanda Vista in Xining was comfortable and classy. Isabel at the front desk took care to ensure my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Service is amazing. Breakfast is extremely good with a very big choice of western food. At check out Isabelle even gave me some complementary coffee for my train trip to Lhasa, as well as a gif box from the hotel. Absolutely value for you money! One of the hotels in China that really deserves 5 Stars! Thanks!
