V Hotel Lavender

The room is very small but the location is great, only 1 mins walking from MRT Lavendar. To Bugis only one station, to Orchard also only 3 or 4 station. Direct train from airport.

Staying for 1 week at 12 floor during my business trip. Room size is spacious and clean. Side by side Lavender MRT, convenient for transportation. Good choice for family!

V hotel location was good and there's many restaurants and food nearby which is great and the train station also nearby which save you some money from the airport. the room was clean and the air conditioner kinda colder than i expect, the window view is great also and i haven't go to swimming pool yet but it was great to experience once when u visit in singapore.

I won't recommend traveller tobstay in this hotel. No security, dirty, old and noisy. On my firstday, we arrived early so that we make a registration at hotel and went out. After we came back to get a key room, we open the door and found other guest had been living in the room already. The bed is messy and thier lugguage open. We run down to the reception and no answer for us. The manager just say sorry and change a new room for us with no upgrade. The most important thing is no security at all. Why other people got a key since I have already got 3 keys. I keep asking their staff and no one can answer then I better fade up because I've already paid hotel expense to Trip.com. We stayed but feel uncomfortable because we scare that somebody will walk into the room when we sleep. On last night at midnight, Hotel got fire alarm. All the guest came out and check with each other what happend and should they run down to the 1st floor or not. I called to the reception to double check and they told me to clam down and stay in the room as they are investigating. I think it's nonsense to say like that because if it is real fire, all guest are going to die in the room. Then around 1.30 am they make annoucement again that situation is back to normal. However, they open speaker outside the room and no one going to hear what they say. I need to open the door and listen to thier announcement with no clue what happen just now. Around 3.00 am the room beside keep screaming laughing and knock the wall. It is very noisy. I think the room beside have more than 5 people in 1 room. I make assumption from thier noise and chitchat that they make. We cannot sleep at all but we stay clam because we are going to check out in the morning and return home. I did inform manager about the room beside when checkout and the answer I recieve is "sorry madam we will investigate on this and feedback to the room beside" I have no word to say. It is enough for me and I wont recommend anyone to stay in this hotel although the location is great. Thanks for listening!

Location is super good, just above Lavender station. Once out from the station, many restaurant. The room is so small, cleanliness is averange, lid of my bottle roll down into underbed we pushed the bed for get it, it was super dirty under bed and dusty. But is convenience place and near to Stadium station, we came for the Black Pink concert.

Room quite smaller than the first hotel we stayed before. But anyway good for transportation especially there’s mrt station below. There food stalls downstair provide varieties of food.

Good location. Good breakfast. Check in was earlier because room was ready. Best location for this money.
