Amazing stay near orchard area with affordable price. Asked for late check out and was given till 2pm. Thank you. Will be back!!

We reached at 2 pm and was greeted by a long queue. We queued for 45 minutes before it finally was our turn. We were not told of the breakfast time, neither were we told where to go. When we got to our floor, to our dismay, the room was actually still being cleaned! No one informed us. The floor was not vacuumed. Stray hairs can be seen. The guy cleaning the room didn’t acknowledge our presence and went on slowly. We had to do our own wipe down. The aircon of the room was very cold, despite the adjus**ent to 30 deg.
It was a horrible experience and don’t think we will be heading back anytime soon. The real deal is nothing like what the pictures has portrayed.

Staff came in room twice after we checked in. Missing key card they could not trace who came into the room.

TV is malfunction and not make ready with testing before guest check in .It is happen of malfunction after some hour watching.Since start watching,become malfunction. Check list before guest come, should include not only for house keeping depar**ent.Advice to include facilities and technical equipment testing for better quality service.

Bad location. Very far out and no metro near. This hotel is linked to another hotel. When we arrived late at night, we were told they didn’t have our reservation even when we showed the trip documents. They palmed us off on the other hotel (Novotel) after ages meaning we didn’t check in for so long at around 1am. We had to pay extra money as a “deposit” which was never refunded. Not impressed at all.

Cleanliness very poor, with dust over tables and remote control. Room cramped. The common parts like lobby, podium, infinity pool however look good and grand. There's regular shuttle to downtown like Orchard Road where shopping can be done. Overall I would not choose this hotel again.

Situated away from the busy streets of Singapore, Mercure on Stevens offers a comfortable stay with all the basic necessities you need. Comfortable bed and pillows, extensive choices for buffet breakfast, a convenience store nearby and MRT, this hotel will surely make your stay worthwhile in SG. I really recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer peace and quiet.
