Beautiful new boutique hotel with excellent management, staff and great amenities. Some improvements can be made in some areas. It is a very pet oriented hotel, but lacks a pet station. It would be beneficial to have a pet when you’re staying with your pets. The other issue I had was there is no drawer space for clothing. The wardrobe is very small and contains just a few hangers. Having the sofa in the room was nice. There was also a bit of a noise issue. The rooms are not carpeted, which is wonderful, but it makes for high amount of sound travel. All in all a nice little hotel. If they could make some of the improvements, it would be an absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful choice, quiet neighborhood, great rooms with the river just 50 ft outside the door of the room. An escape from the noise of todays world.

This was our first time staying at the Watershed hotel and we loved it. We met the owners who were so nice and friendly. The staff was very helpful especially Stephanie. Rooms were spacious and clean as was the entire hotel. Definitely go back there.
