W Shanghai - The Bund

這次出行12天住了7個酒店，w是最喜歡的，想要視野好一點的房間，在前台升級了，房間視野巨好。來之前還擔心早餐和服務，結果也不像網傳的不好，挺好的，早餐很豐富。唯一覺得有小瑕疵的就是一次性用品質量和吹風機，其他都可以打滿分。

真不知道這麼垃圾的酒店怎麼評價這麼高的分數，硬件設施可以打4.5分。環境位置也可以打高分，但是，酒店前台還有經理的服務態度惡劣到一分不值，可能還不如連鎖酒店的吧！我是2024年5月6日下午7.30分到達酒店前台。我定了三個房間，我們提供了入住人姓名，在辦理入住的時候，酒店前台服務員説有一個訂單找不到。然後我又提供了訂單號，在交流的過程中，服務員一直都沒有迴應我。其實就是他們酒店內部電腦的問題，然後我問服務員，你找到訂單了嗎？她竟然很不耐煩的説我，你沒看到我正在找嗎？？？。態度惡劣的難以讓大家想像，直接就是不耐煩的語氣，！後來，我把她們經理喊過來，也正是這個經理激化了矛盾，前台那個經理不但一絲歉意沒有，還態度強硬。我要求那個服務員對我的態度而道歉，她那個值班經理説出了讓我大跌眼鏡的話，（她説:不好意思，你想要道歉道歉我代替她就可以，我説:為什麼？我沒聽錯吧？那個女經理説，是的，因為我們要保護自己的員工！）我當時都快氣笑了，W酒店一直聽説看不起人，真的讓我體會到了，竟然對客人説要保護自己的員工，難道做錯了，連個態度都沒有嗎？去你們酒店消費誰保護我們呢？後來攜程客服因為此事跟酒店去溝通，也是吃了閉門羹，惹了一肚子氣！對我説終於體會到了什麼叫做店大欺客！最可氣的是，這個服務員，連問她三次，連頭都不抬，看都不看人一眼的，一點禮貌都沒有！真的是可惡至極！五星級酒店住的太多了，從沒見過態度這麼惡劣的經理和服務態度！我就想知道，身為成年人，又是一個服務行業的領導，有沒有受過培訓就來上班？跟攜程平台溝通後，聽意思，女經理也不肯道歉！再也不會去W酒店旗下任何酒店了！

早餐非常不錯 房間很大，正對江景！唯一缺點是樓下有bar，早睡會有噪音。 總的來說是一家很棒的酒店！讚一個

第二天從全景放換到了這個房型，樓層好點感覺更安靜一些，第一天的房型是視覺上全景看着還行，睡的並不好。樓下會有點音樂大概挺晚的可能因為五一假日吧。上海w酒店比西安，成都的w酒店都更開闊，寬敞。床枕頭也很舒服，電器也沒有噪音。

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at W Shanghai- The Bund. The highlights for us were service and attention to detail, along with the amazing brunch! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The welcome staff made sure there were no long waits for anyone checking in, even though it was holiday season. All forms of service- reception, waiters and kitchen staff, room service was impeccable during our every single interaction with them. The next day room service even refilled our ice bucket of complimentary champagne sent up to us as we were celebrating an anniversary. The view from our corner window was superb, especially at night and all the facilities in the king room were amazing to use- shower, bath, bathtub, bed (one of the most comfortable beds ever)! And to top it all off, the breakfast buffet impressed us immensely. The waiters take drink orders once you arrive and help seat you. They have signs everywhere encouraging taking only what you can eat- and we appreciated and seemed to work! However, if you come on an empty stomach- you will be so pleased you did so; the options are just endless with both a huge variety of western and local foods available and it all tastes incredible. We were super satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it if ever you get the chance!

Stayed the evening and attended the BISS Ball 2024 at the Hotel. The Hotel was fantastic & staff were great throughout the whole stay Evening at the Venue, Hotel Room & Even the breakfast in the morning was amazing. All round great stay.

Amazing stay, the staff were so polite and I felt the warmth of Shanghai thanks to W! Will highly recommend to stay. Spacious & clean rooms as well. I felt so safe. The room overlooks the bund as well which is exceptionally stunning at night. Thank you W for celebrating my birthday as well! 🫶🏻

Great service from the moment you walk in. The breakfast was great really good variety of food. The room was big and comfortable

Von Check-In bis Hausdame, Restaurant-Empfang, Koch, Bar-Personal und Check-Out unglaublich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer riesig mit bodentiefen Fenstern und grandioser Aussicht. Frühstück unglaublich und vielfältig. Meine Frau und ich waren begeistert, ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder.
