Excellent hotel convenient. Amazing lounge experience focused on customer service. If you have to do business, pair of this extra for the lounge, and that allows you to do more of your meetings, which comes with one hour per day, and good value for money

Located just opposite the Shanghai high speed rail. Room is a bit small but service was okay. Nothing much to do around and must move to another area.

It was much smaller than expected. However, we were able to get a free upgrade and the service was great. The vibe is a bit dark and the price is definitely enough for the value.

Enjoyed the stay at Pullman Jing’an. The location is great, it’s five minutes walk to the Shanghai Railway subway station on Line 1 - just two stops from the famous People’s Square. Easy to take the subway to many attractions.
The service at the reception is friendly , English is spoken. The room is compact and might not have enough space if you have many pieces of luggage. It was fine for 1 piece of luggage and 1 medium size luggage. Bed is and pillows are very comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the service was horrible. The majority of the staff lacked English communication skills, especially during the night. I experienced a high-grade fever with chills during the night, yet there was no household medication available at the hotel. They didn’t even try to help me find medication; I had to figure out how to get the pills on my own. It was a truly negative experience. I would not recommend this place for English speakers!

前台接待效率高，提出的要求能滿足。大堂由蝴蝶蘭佈置非常大氣格調高。在樓層遇到服務人員也非常熱情地問候招呼，平時的培訓做到位。客房衞生打掃仔細，瓶裝水也夠。把前段時期的小號瀚森天然山泉水換回一直用的碧純引用水，量夠了。😁游泳池的水質和水温也有改進，這次入住見到有變化非常滿意。

差差差……第一次住到這麼差的鉑爾曼！
大堂沒那麼氣派，但是可以接受，色調很暗。
開了房卡，出了電梯看到一個個小小的門，我就納悶了，怎麼跟全季差不多……
打開房間門，我都驚呆了🤯，好小的房間，標了31平米，但是目測也就二十幾平吧，無法忍的是這個高度…好壓抑，看我照片房間高度比我頭沒高出多少吧，這高度2米？
衞生間也很小，就是快捷酒店的裝修格局，洗漱用品看起來也很low，各種不滿意之下，打開水，我都無語了，放了很久都是黃色的，我衹能放棄洗澡，當時已經半夜了，自己也好累，衹能説倒黴定了這個酒店。
強烈不推薦！七八百，一千多…可以住到好十倍的酒店了，這個配置的也就值三四百……
寧可選擇全季這種性價比酒店。
第二天在前台遇到Amy，她的服務很好👍，讓我沒有把火發出來，……
對了，停車也是非常不方便的，停車位很少，並且也不屬於酒店，停車費酒店衹會出20，剩下的都需要自己出，過夜的話50元…有點坑。還老沒停車位，好在保安小哥服務很好，會讓你鑰匙丟給他，他會時不時把車挪來挪去，辛苦他們。

出行便利，上海火車站地鐵口附近。上午十一點半到達，就有個安靜的房間可以入住。停車過夜50，酒店會再退房時給停車券返還。
回家以後發現丟了戒指，聯繫前台立馬找到了，感謝！
