This is not a 5 star hotel. First very difficult to find. In pedestrian area. The hotel is very chopped up, stair at every turn. Difficult to retrace your steps to find your room. No elevator. We had stayed in several 5 stars hotels that were excellent on our French Riviera . Especially in Juan Les Pins where we stayed at Hotel Belles Rives. So this hotel was a huge disappoin**ent They said that our room was upgraded. Can't imagine from what from. The bathroom is so tiny. Makeup mirror would not fit on counter unless you removed everything. It is kept under the sink in a cabinet along with the towels. Two people can not fit in this room. No place to hang up towels. Since telephone to reception didn't work had to walk down several flights to get a bucket of ice. Could then not find my room, thankfully a staff member help find it. In the morning of departure again could not reach reception and my husband had to carry luggage down the several flights. On a plus side, the location was excellent and the staff very nice.

Staff take more than three hours to clean room even guest is in hotel.just saying wait. Even guest reached after a long journey should avoid this hotel to stay.no one here to ask for water. At 1 pm they said room is vacant and in cleaning. After 2 hours front desk manager says our check in time is 4 even not mentioned in their booking.

We give this place 5 stars. Service was friendly and professional. The location is great , next to restaurants and , private beach. We booked a room with a Terrance , which I highly recommend - it’s worth the money to sit in your terrace in the morning , enjoying your coffee and beautiful weather. I should also mention , the facility was clean . This I find to be a priority. In terms of parking , all of the boutique hotels have this challenge- however the hotel is very organized and thus provides transportation to your hotel in a , sexy St Tropez style - open air transport buggy. In the end , it was an enjoyable stay - thank you again to the hotel for your services . We had fun !

The terrace was great. Room was very clean and well decorated. However, our Uber driver had serious difficulty in reaching the hotel. He had to drop us a few streets away and we had to carry our luggage all the way to the hotel. Last but not least, the hotel restaurant should allocate at least a few tables for the hotel guests. When we asked for a table for dinner, we were told that we have to book 2 days in advance!

The room was beautiful and the staff was very polite. Although the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night our stay was pleasant. You need to pay for parking, but it is nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, we ate there one night and would recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June. The hotel is very small and old but completely updated. The location is great as it is near the port and walkable to most locations in town. The staff is great.The hotel has an active restaurant that we did not eat at and a bar that is very expensive even for Saint Tropez prices.

Lovely hotel with fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were really nice. The restaurant is exceptional. And the location next to the beach in the heart of the town is perfect.
