這真的是我來布吉住的很不滿意的酒店
酒店附近沒什麼吃的
然後被店家推薦去他家的餐廳吃晚餐
200多含税和服務費的自助餐竟然沒有什麼吃的
連飲料都必須自費
兩個人花了一個500多什麼都沒吃到的感覺
比含在房費裏的早餐都不如
再來説一下酒店設施
雖然外觀硬件不錯，酒店很大，非常大，環境佈置得很漂亮，綠化、花園設計都很好看，還有一個湖泊
但是客房分佈很不均勻，能用餐的餐廳所處的位置過於遙遠，這樣的話應該多設定幾處能吃飯的餐廳才能方便住在各個位置的客人
有些客人如果想吃飯要走很遠的路
而且客房裡麪的軟件設施不行
拖鞋也沒有
還有點臟的感覺
這一千多花的太不值了，好後悔來
要不是離機場近，也根本不會選擇這裏
還是悦榕莊旗下的酒店
真的覺得和悦榕莊差距還是太大了點
唯一讓我覺得有品牌風範的大概就是剛入住時送的歡迎茶水和檸檬冰毛巾以及糖果了

這個酒店環境不錯，其他我接下來詳細説一下。一下出租車，沒有人歡迎我們幫我們拿行李，別説5星級酒店，之前兩個3星的都幫我送到房間了。，門口站着幾個工作人員，就看着我們自己拖行李箱。找到前台，花了蠻長時間辦理入住。後來我們自己去找行李箱找房間，比較困難，去找前台，才總算給我們安排送去房間。房間裏面不錯，我定的兩間可以直接去泳池的，進去香薰的味道非常濃烈，有點刺鼻，後來晚上受不了就把香薰拿到了外面。第二天沒有香薰的掩蓋，吃完早飯快中午回房間刺鼻的油漆味迎面而來，看到電視機上的油漆就明白了，這個房間剛粉刷過，整個三樓還圍着布在裝修，有圖片，也有其他地方在裝修，房間門口天花板還滴水。後來攜程給我們去聯繫，説馬上來，一個小時以後才有人來看，承認是刷油漆了，又過了一個小時問我們去不去隔壁，一進去一個味道然後我們説退房，已經在甲醛中一晚，還要來一晚？又説再找房間，又過了1個小時才給我們找到，一個下午就算這麼過去了。我們是定的酒店包3餐，結果中晚是不包飲料酒水的，我以外都是自助餐，搞錯了，就一張紙沒幾道菜，一個人選兩道，有照片，大家可以看，關鍵很難吃，直接吃不下，自助早餐吃了兩天一個海鮮沒見過，我衹吃了白米飯和一個炒菜和水果，我對於食物要求不高的，吃不下，我家老二基本兩天就沒吃啥，靠去便利店買東西。飲料除非固定的，他們自己調的都不好喝，我們在泳池吧枱點了4杯，都喝了一口。一般一個椰子210株，可樂110株（最便宜）在這個基礎上加服務費。這裏搞衞生的真的也很一般，啥也差不多。度假村很大，風景還不錯，可惜這種給客人安排甲醛房間….至於娛樂項目衹有划船，帆船可以用教練900株一小時，估計還要服務費。沙灘週末燒烤，那就不是你想的，就是你點菜點一個海鮮小套餐499株還有服務費，有3個蝦3個青口貝，2個小魷魚啥的，呃….，總之不值得。1880的房費真的很冤枉，不建議大家入住，還有整個海灘不可以下水游泳，浪大不説，還有水母，海灘上插滿了旗子，不可以游泳的牌子，建議大家避開邦濤海灘。

家庭出行，酒店給了一個家庭套房，上下三層，房間很大，一家人非常方便。酒店設施齊全，有穿梭車和定點遊船可以去laguna各個酒店遊玩，適合刷酒店的玩法。酒店服務滿意，泳池很大，有自己的海灘，意大利餐廳口味不錯，晚上還有煙花可以看！缺點是房間內裝修有些老舊，估計排水處理的不好，住宿的第二天有下水道的反味，建議酒店改進。還有就是附近商店街夜市的海鮮大拼非常的差，螃蟹是臭的！

已經算是老的渡假酒店， 不過維持的還是可以，但可能因後疫情時代， 旅遊酒店業人力還無回到疫力前， 所以可能在人力服務上稍爲慢. 合適想與世隔絕放空的選擇.

Amazing choice if you have kids there's the kids club and a few swimming pool, also nice cocktails for adults, breakfast buffet is AMAZING, so many choices. You don't need to leave the hotel!

We really enjoyed Angsana as our first place of stay in Phuket. Location is quiet and far from the touristic hassle, hotel territory is beautiful and relaxed, and the beach that the hotel is facing is great and not crowded, with turquoise water and beige sand. Check-in manager Owen and the golf cart boy were super friendly and gave us a nice intro of the amenities. The room is a bit old fashioned which I don’t mind for the rustic feel of it, however, the hotel would definitely benefit from updating some of the room technology such as switches, electric outlets, lighting and vanity. In overall, we liked it and it’s great for families who love to be in a tranquil place. Another advantage was closeness to the airport, which came in very handy for the tiring late night arrival we had.
