Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach

The family room is handy if you are traveling with children. The location is handy and close to Surin Beach. However, the hotel is in a rather poor condition and the staff are not helpful. We stayed for almost a week and had to remind them to do housekeeping every single day for at least once (and up to 3-4 times) Hotel only gives out pool towels during 8-9am. First time for me to visit a resort that has quota on pool towels (I do however understand this is one way to keep the laundry cost down). My kids are upset that nobody answer the free popsicle phone. Seems to me that hotel owner has not invested much on maintenance (pls refer to photos).

這個位置相對安靜，沒有那麼鬧，沙灘人不太多，從酒店走到沙灘就幾百米很近，唯一吐槽的也就是這個上下床，床品拉低了酒店的品質，這個上下床是個沙發😂泳池有個小滑梯

布吉所有酒店的早飯都差不多 西式為主 都還可以。 水果品種不多 質量好。房間有點舊，但是很大，總體不錯。 洗澡水有點小。 水上活動不錯，有滑梯入水，孩子開心了。樹多， 泳池裡 有地方避太陽。 蘇林海灘質量很好， 比卡塔和卡隆都好， 缺點就是有點偏 相比另外兩個海灘。 缺點是： 服務水平很有待提高。 check in太長的等待。打掃房間幾乎要等到每天晚上6點。 工作人員的數量明顯跟不上客人增長的速度

我定了倆間三晚，一間每天跳閘一次，一間沒熱水，害我每天沖涼。設施還是有點老舊了，不過服務很好。 還有酒店親子設施很好，走路100米到海灘，瑕不掩瑜吧，早飯也豐盛整體我還是很喜歡的。

房間需要裝修了，有些陳舊了！ 不過整體來説還是比較滿意，適合孩子戲水，整個酒店環境舒適，游泳池算是比較好的了，很大，適合各種年齡的. 服務態度很友好.

春節出行。定的是happy family room，主卧+客廳（沙發可拓展為小童上下鋪）+陽台。優點肯定是性價比高，環境安靜，近海灘。以及整個酒店基本就是小童的天堂，從入門到幾乎每一處都是對kids的關愛，也幾乎可以做到小童託管，每一個服務員都是樂呵呵的。酒店裡亞洲面孔極少，俄羅斯老鐵隨處可見。缺點是：酒店硬件設施確實太老了，蘇林海灘也確實比較遠。酒店旁邊馬殺雞、超市、飯館、編小辮、水果攤、沙灘旁邊的大排檔很豐富。值得一提的是酒店旁邊的漢堡店（唯一一家）絲毫不遜色於我在美國吃的，現做漢堡非常美味。

가성비가 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 시설 및 방은 오래 되었지만 넓고 좋습니다. 특히 수영장이 매우 좋습니다. 조식도 가족이 함께 먹기에 좋았습니다. 해변가도 매우 가까워 가성비 호텔을 찾는다면 추천합니다.

Check in was an awful experience. A family of 4 with 2 children, 4yo & 10 months old. We were waiting for nearly 2 hours with no complementary. I can see that the staff was trying their best to accommodate. They gave us false impression of “how long we needed to wait”, so we didn’t go anywhere to relax but kept waiting. Finally, we were assigned to an abandoned room. Stepping inside the room, we could tell nobody stayed there for at least a month or two. The floor , though we believed was mopped , was covered in thick black dust. Our allergies symptoms kicked in right away. We informed the front desk, they sent a maid to clean but again, this room needed a “deep cleaning, scrubbing, and air conditioning cleaning,etc.”. We put up for a night and decided to request a new room. We didn’t plan to pay in order to suffer during our holidays. The staff was absolutely helpful and I’m impressed with how hey handled the whole thing. They could definitely improve on the overload bookings and food. Don’t recommend the breakfast here unless you want to give it a try and see if they are better or not. It’s a budget hotel after all. The location is great and the staff are super helpful.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr hilfreichem und netten Personal. Es gibt eigenes Animations-Team welches sich standig un die Kinder kummert. Alle Aktivitaten sind fur Kinder ausgelegt. Mit den zwei Rutschen hatten unsere Kinder viel Spaß. Wir hatten ein Familien-Zimmer mit Pool-Ausblick und jede Menge Raum. Der Strand ist fußlaufig in 2 min weg von der Reception. An der Strandpromenade gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl an Essensstanden. Preisgunstig und lecker. Wir waren mit dem Service und dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Der eizige Nachteil einen Poolblick zu haben war, dass manche Hotelgaste sich nicht an die Regeln halten konnten und um Mitternacht in den Pool sprangen und lautstark am Pool tranken. Das hat leider fast jede Nacht die Nachtruhe gestoert. Dieses wurde von uns auch an der Reception gemeldet. Ansonsten ein Top Ziel fuer Familien.
