這次泰國之行真是踩了太多坑了 臨時決定去的 訂酒店的時候已經沒有太多選擇了 這家看評分還行 離海灘距離大約步行15分鐘 四星春節價格3晚5k多 就訂了。酒店人員態度很好 床超大 其他就都是問題了。我們是2大1小 房間所有的配置都是按2人放的 讓客房服務多送一根浴巾 到我們走的時候都沒送來 房間沒有梳子 催了三次才送來。淋浴的浴缸下水壞了 上午打給客房服務 到下午都沒來修 我們去前台找人了才修。毛巾也沒換 衹是幫我們疊好 前一天看到的血漬第二天同一個地方還在。退房前一天在前台高價訂了出租車 感謝前台建議的時間出發 讓我們提前了一個小時到達查龍碼頭，因司機不認識路 把我們丟在了錯誤的地方 這一個小時剛好夠我們在大熱天搬一堆行李找到正確的地方

第一天入住要格外小心，雖然是老酒店，有些設施老舊有痕跡可以理解…但是床單那麼臟，各種污漬還有頭髮，枕頭套上大面積污痕無法接受，玩了一天十分勞累，結果看見這種情況直接讓服務員來換。當時預訂房間裏沒有門，結果還多了一扇門，雖然不通，但是和圖片不一樣，裏面應該是和隔壁房間相連。app客服還是可以的，聯繫了店家，但是酒店要求客户本人去協商，説白了出門在外衹能靠自己，app作為中間平台也沒辦法解決，想入住的慎重。

Room is clean and water pressure is good enough.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good. Many restaurants just outside the hotel and it about 10 mins walk to the Bangla road. 5 mins walk to the beach
Swimming pool is huge and clean.
However, bed was little too soft. Perhaps it was worn out and had a concave in the middle

Experience the best of Phuket at this charming hotel. The cozy rooms are tastefully decorated, and the balconies offer lovely views. It’s located on the Main Street of the noisy Patong beach. Till 3am early morning, there are still lots of traffic with loud noises.
Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. But the hygiene needs to be improved significantly. Dust everywhere in the room, on the table and floor. Space is big enough for 2 adults with 2 kids.
Breakfast tastes good. Swimming pool is very clean.

Big hotel on second road of Patong Beach, about 10 min walk to the beach. Big clean rooms. Big and lovely swimming pool. Breakfast is good.
