Friendly and competent staff. Very quiet to get a good night's rest. Super clean and smells fresh and clean. Close to everything. We would most certainly stay here again. We would recommend anytime. Excellent service.

The room was tidy and comfortable. I am impressed that they even had a light with battery for loadshedding. Reception was friendly and helpful. There was safe parking available with roof overhead and even an alarm in the room in case of emergency. Good place to stay.

Luxury Heights Guesthouse is a great place with very awesome service. Staff is really top. Breakfast was great aswell. The only issues I experienced: WiFi in my room was really bad, I had to go close to the door to be able to use the WiFi as it was non existent in the middle of the room. Hot water was On and Off. I had to switch off the tap and start all over again to be able to get hot water again.

I've been to several places and I do travel across the country but this one takes the cup. Their rooms are so clean, well maintained and the staff is amazingly friendly. This is a home away from home, I am gonna be a regular here 🔥❤️

I had a great stay and the place is beautiful. The hosted was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Just the weather was disappointing but overall stay was excellent and comfortable. Beautiful room.

The hospitality was good, except for two problems, Television was not working, could not watch the news, most importantly to know what the weather is going to be like, and NO HOT WATER...I HAD A COLD SHOWER!!

Thanks, everything was so great. But I think during the loadsheddings, you can add a backup on lights, TV and wifi just in other Guesthouses around. Also, the shower caps should be added in the rooms.

Having same breakfast everyday is not worth the money, Atleast try to have something changing on second and third day. Same type of coffe(Ricoffy even) not nice. If you cannot afford the coffee machine atleast have variety of coffe sachets. The distance between the bed and tv in room 3 is too far which forces one to increase the volume and it becomes loud.
