The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa

Perfect! The place was clean. The furniture comfortable. The appliances great! The bed super comfortable!!!! We were on the beach and the view was fantastic!!!! It was a fantastic place to stay and relax, but also was nice because we felt free to go and explore the rest of the island as well. We come back this is where we would definitely stay!!!

The apar**ent was large, well appointed and really comfortable. The 50ms pool was a tranquil start to each day before walking into the most gorgeous beach. The yachtsman beach bar serves great food and it’s weekly party night, not to be missed. Long beach with crystal clear water. Heaven!

Once I made my booking, I was in contact with the hotel via email to assist with some questions regarding transportation and grocery delivery. In the end I asked the hotel to book our transportation to/from St. Kitts and that was more than a home run. The taxis and the boat were all on time both ways and we made it from St. Kitt's airport to the hotel in under an hour. During the email communications the hotel always provided detailed answers in a very timely manner. I also arranged to have a case of beer delivered to the room so we would have it when we got there. The beer was in the room but not stored in fridge, so it was warm on our arrival. Check-in was amazingly quick and we were personally escorted to our villa which I thought was a really nice touch. The 1BR unit was large, bright and airy. Balcony off of the master bedroom overlooking the pool and balcony off of the living room overlooking the trees. Some interesting negatives: The unit only had 3 hangers, 2 forks in kitchen, no tv in bedroom and no hair dryer which I found odd. We made do with what we had, and I absolutely know that if I would have requested these items they would have been delivered. Great washer, dryer, fridge. Stuff never seemed to come out of dishwasher clean enough for us and the ice maker in the freezer wasn't too efficient for us. Very quiet resort with a beautiful beach. Excellent staff. Whenever we needed a taxi the front desk would call and the taxi would arrive within 10 minutes. Speaking of taxis -- we had Ozzie as our driver upon arrival and really appreciated his driving, monkey stories and just great personality so whenever we needed a taxi we requested that he be called. Excellent housekeeping. The housekeepers were lovely and the room was always top notch clean. Lots of wildlife on this island. Monkeys on trees right outside the unit, sheep, donkeys and goats roaming around, exotic bird sightings, roosters and some quite loud frogs chiming in the middle of the night all made a very interesting vacation for us. I did bring bug spray but wasn't completely diligent with it resulting in about 8 mosquito bites throughout the week. We absolutely loved staying here. We enjoyed so much peace and tranquility throughout the week and will certainly return in the future.

Spacious apar**ents perfect for a group of friends or family. Pleasantly surprised to find out the two bed apar**ent had two bathrooms. Beds are queen sized. Gorgeous grounds and friendly staff. It was great having the on-site restaurant for food and drinks (at the restaurant, on the beach, or for takeaway to eat at home). The beach is amazing and just steps from your door, and never an issue finding an empty beach chair. Thank you for a great week!

Our room was right on the beach just feet from the ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets from our deck balcony every evening. Everything was clean, and very spacious. We were able to park right in front of our building which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially figuring out the island car ferry system which is a bit of challenge, but their help got us back over to St Kitts in time for our flight home. Restaurant at the hotel had great variety and was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we are on the island.

The suites are very spacious. Also it is right on the beach which is amazing. Great for sunsets and an early morning walk. Also all of the staff is extremely friendly- front desk, at the on site restaurant and the spa. I wish we had stayed there longer.

BEAUTIFUL beach location! Condo facility well maintained -all comforts of home available for a relaxing stay. Clean and secure. Easy access to pool and beach. Short drive to Pinney’s beach activities. Property manager very accommodating

Awesome stay! Clean, all well equipped. Basically, by staying here, you have everything you need. The restaurant Yatchman Grill is within walking distance, where you can enjoy the beach while dining. All the staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
