Staff didn't know how to process an online booking via Wotif. A supervisor then worked it out and assured me it would be taken care of.
On arriving home, I discovered they had attempted to charge me for the stay again on the card number I left for the room security deposit!

The staff and service provided during check in and check out was friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness of the room overall could be improved but nothing too bad.
No fresh milk for coffee provided or wifi
Parking was very easy and ample
Beds were okay but it was quite obvious that the beds were a bit dated as the springs were coming out.
We stayed in the executive family room and it was very spacious
All in all, it was good.

Check-in is at the front bar of the hotel, and it was a Saturday evening, and they were busy. Other than that check-in was fine. Rooms were small and bathroom (if you can call it that) was even smaller! But that said it was clean, neat and tidy. Would recommend for an overnight stop only!

Great cosy dining area, with good food and open fire. Motel at rear of pub was quiet and convenient to main shopping area.

Was central to everything we wanted. Bar staff did a good job as it was busy and they took food orders as well. meals came out within 10min. The young man who served our meals was freindly and helpful. Room was great and quiet. Check in and out was different as the office wasn't open at either time. Young lady on check was freindly and enquired as to if everything was ok. The gentleman that checked us in was freindly and polite, but I had to ask where the room was. Room could do with a welcome with info such as wifi password, meal times and other local information. Will stay again.
