We stayed in a Mineral Spa Suite and from the pictures online and the postings on the website, we were lead to believe the suites were newly renovated. Upon our arrival and entering our first room, the furniture looked like it was from the 70's and it was stained ,so we headed down to the front desk and asked for a different room. They were quick to give a new one which was great and thankfully this room was better but still not recently renovated. The rest of the hotel was not the best, the only restaurant had good food but the service was below par.

We had a 1-night stay here - beds were comfortable and room was spacious (2 queen with balcony). The bathroom is showing it’s age a bit, but great water pressure in the shower. The view from the balcony into Crescent Park was lovely :)
We used the pool 3 times and it was busy but manageable. Hard to find a free chair. Overall a really nice stay.

Most of this place is under renovations- we were put in older section that had bathroom door damage, paint damage on walls, wonky old cheap lamps, etc! For the price and because this is supposed to be a spa experience, this property should be full of amenities but it isn’t and staff don’t care! Sp**** and cheap coffee in rooms, with sp**** white powder whitener! Zero snacks, lobby has no coffee station with goodies for guests, searching for information about hotel- none given in rooms and no one around this crumbling old place. What a disappointment! Zero sense of offering value and luxury for customers, except the spa itself. The spa knows how to pamper and provide great service. Don’t waste your money. Owners need to up their game and treat customers right with amenities and service.

Not as advertised. Rooms are old, dingy and not clean. The towels are rough and gross, the toiletries were terrible - bring your own soap and shampoo. The fabric chairs in the room are old and stained. The carpet is worn out, stained and disgusting. When I raised my concern to the front desk, she said she can cancel my reservation and I can go to a different hotel and then claimed that because I booked through *******, I got a bad room. They had us in a building across from the main hotel building and we had to walk for quite a while and take 2 elevators to get to the pool and spa... which is nothing special and not worth the money paid to come to this hotel. If you have kids that want to use the pool, they will be told they are not allowed to splash, raise their voice or jump in, as it would disturb the other guests. The parkade is poorly designed and you have to pay an extra $5 a day to park there. Good luck navigating through it if you have a larger vehicle. The hotel is attached to the local ****** which makes it a busy area with lots of interesting characters lurking around. All in all - a terrible experience. Save your dollars and go somewhere else if you are going to Moose Jaw.

Upon arrival fridge had someone else’s food.
Had to ask for a bar of soap, apparently it was on back order.
Television went no signal multiple times.
******* does not offer same promotions as the hotel such as free parking and breakfast, likely won’t book through ******* for this hotel next time

Elevator to the pool broken, had been broken for weeks yet we were not informed of that when we called in about our guests having mobility issues. Thus our guest was unable to use pool. No hand soap or sanitizer in rooms, no cream rinse. Quality of whole hotel is not anywhere what it used to be. Towels at spa were small and rough as sandpaper. Food at pool area was limited due to broken elevator. No enough staff to serve, lineups wherever we went.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Barb at front desk went out of her way to help us when we had an emergency during our stay there.
Nice and quiet and clean.
Will definitely be back!

The stay was good. Spa area could still use a bit of updating. Towels outside of sauna. I liked the cold cloths but some located outside of sauna would be great. Also it says there is eucalyptus oil in sauna but you couldn’t smell it at all….. a little extra would be nice. Other then that it was nice.
