Nice hotel good for a business trip but not for a family. It is clean, the food is good, the personnel speaks english, ht erooms are fine though the walls are thin, internet is slow and overloaded in the evening.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. I slept well given how quiet it is. The internet was not the best but that is my experience wherever I go in Tanzania. Breakfast was included and included a number of choices. Overall, I think good value for the price.

Overally the place looks good however I was disapointed with the internet which was almost not there .struggled to connect to even whatsapp. Lost a day of work due to internet issues . Apart from the Manager who is very professional in solving or trying to solve issues the other staff members need training in handling people especially quries . I believe they can do better , however I had a bad experience I even had to ask for a toilet paper which I believe should always be availble
