The lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. There is slushy snow (very slippery) at the area under the canopy at the front of the hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We did experience a little noise from above us, but it did not keep us awake.

Convenient location, good breakfast, upon entering the room we smelled pet urine. Talked with front desk staff she said she'd make a note for maintenance man. That was it. So stinky we had to buy a plugin for wall and a solid for the bathroom. Pets shouldn't be allowed in all hotel rooms. Not everyone wants a pet and we prefer pet free rooms. Not using another property that allows animals.

We had no elevator, but not a big issue. Hotel was clean and roomy. Great tv, large and system worked well. Free popcorn and coffee in lobby, nice for late night snack.

It was a perfect stop along our way up north. The pet friendly option was wonderful. We appreciated having a safe and clean place to rest with our dog in tow.

Becky was amazing when ********** would not fix my issue. she fixed it and did not charge any extra even though she could have.
