I stayed here for one night and two days on 16-17 February, 2024 and was allocated room 409. At the time of check out Front Desk staff took about one hour to complete the check out process. They kept me and my friend waited for one hour standing. I am senior citizen, but despite that they neither offered a seat nor even a glass of water. The Front desk assistant was rude and arrogant with us. Other staff members of the hotel were merely spectators, none of them came forward. I got headache and directly visited for medicine. Shockingly, when I spoke to senior ***agement of the hotel ie GM over phone, he also supported his staff over me and justified the attitude of their staff and brushed up all allegations. When I complained in writing, then only he telephoned me and apologised to me. The service and behaviour of staff at this hotel have gone down drastically over the years. It’s no longer the same for which it was meant for till one year ago. They don’t have any sensitivity and concerns towards senior citizens. It’s pathetic. Owner of the property should look into.
