Studio City Hotel

Playroom there was clean and fun, very suitcase for my 4 year old boy. All the staff were extremely nice and attentive. Room is spacious and well-equipped with kids amenities. Will be back in summer for waterpark fun

Everything was nice, the water park is located next to the hotel pool so access was very convenient. The down side was check-in time took almost 2 hours, there was too many guest checking in at once and only a few counters was opened, they really should make the process more efficient. other than that we requested baby amenities which was provided very quickly, everything else is clean and tidy.

Best family summer vacation ever. Children had great fun at water park every day and wished to stayed another week. Room is spacious and new. The bed and pillow is just right. Enough towels for whole family even after playing the water park. Need to mention the beautiful scent of the shower gel and shampoo. Really love it. Studio city is super convenient with sooooo many restaurants plus Mac Donald's, Watson and mannings. Convenient access to the pool from L3. It also has a covered bridge to get to the light rail to explore around cotai. However, expect to queue for 45min for check in even on a weekday. We booked 3 rooms and one of the room need to wait til after 6pm to pick up the card.

Me and my wife had a staycation with studio city and it was okay. Room is not so big but just enough, no proper bath tub (really shocked, we didn’t expect it) but outdoor pool and jacuzzi is nice but could have improved more with regards to the staff attending our request. They weren’t courteous (we greeted them “good morning” with a smile 😊 but really no greetings nor response 😑) and when we requested for a new pair of slippers, they placed the slippers just beside the wine glass which i think really is inappropriate. I mean who places slippers beside a glass that we will use to drink?! Even the wine glass we requested is so dirty so we just washed it ourselves. Although we experienced such things, we still made sure we enjoyed our stay. And by the way the lady in the F.O was excellent she initiated to give us late check out even if we didn’t ask. Thank you studio city!

For my 2nd time, Studio city is very nice, relaxing and comfortable place to be. ❤️🌞 The service is good, The outdoor pool is beautiful., ❤️Highly recommended

房間看起來不錯，雖然要求房間是吸煙房，但一進門就聞到煙味，皇冠假日沒這情況，花灑水壓個人覺的不夠，窗對泳池和水上樂園。可能是疫情影響，摩天輪沒開，商場有差不多三分之一店鋪沒開，進出都要走很遠，400多，早知道住巴黎人。

We love this hotel, very convenient local, providing free snacks and drinks. Very friendly. My kids ❤️ it and wants to stay longer 😄
