La señora del mono ***** que se registró en la recepción, si fuera gerente, realmente no merecía ser gerente, y esta mala crítica es específicamente para ella. Salimos al mar y regresamos al hotel a las cinco o seis de la tarde. Estábamos todos mojados. Nos pusieron en la habitación más remota. Nos pareció muy injusto. Nos registramos a las 11 de la mañana. "¿Por qué nos pusieron en esa habitación? La ubicación estaba muy lejos, pero nos hicieron esperar. Después de esperar una hora, todavía no hubo resultado. En ese momento, ya estaba muy decepcionado.
Fuimos a la recepción para preguntar sobre la situación y nuestro tono fue muy decepcionante. ¿Por qué nos hicieron esperar una hora sin noticias? Ya eran las 7 de la tarde y aún no me había registrado correctamente. No había ningún cliente en ese momento, no estaban nada ocupados y la señora nos pidió que nos acercáramos a su computadora muy orgullosa sin levantar la vista.
Finalmente me dijeron que había sido grosero, si hubiera sido educado me hubieran dado una habitación cerca del lobby en unos 20 minutos.

Excellent, relaxing stay! Perfect atmosphere for families and couples alike with quiet areas available around the massive pool area. Amazing pool! Breakfast buffet offering for all tastes and with excellent service and attention. Very comfortable beds and pillows! All aroumd excellent service and stay 😊

If you’re looking for a resort that is quiet and beach-facing, this is the resort for you. The swimming pool distinguishes this resort from the others - it stretches across almost the entire length of the resort. The Thai-french decor gives an old school feel to the place. Amenities include tennis tennis tables, tennis court, 24/7 gym, pool table, foosball, playground, bicycles, kids care centre, etc.

The service was terrible from check in to check out. It all felt very transactional. I was told from the start though I am a member of their rewards program I cannot register my 3 nights stay because I booked in an external platform. Took all inclusive and was told hotel staff will know and no need for a band. All others who took the all inclusive had a band and staff kept asking me for band. All inclusive was not treated well. Menu was so limited and the staff did not service you when u wanted something. The Soa also was very transactional. Took two different packages and asked to use jacuzzi. The he service is available at the spa and part of the couples room but the staff could not agree an additional price to use it that eventually we told them not to worry.
The bed in the room was extremely hard. Cause back pain and was forced to get a massage. The pillows were too soft and terrible. My wife was bitten by bed bugs. On the first day we had to call housekeeping around 3pm to inform them that the room was still not cleaned from the morning.
I would not stay at the hotel again given the poor service and the way I was treated.

Good experience, all the facilities in the pool is free however when I asked them if it’s (paddle board) free they said 300bath/hour. The next day, we asked other guy he said it’s free for up to 75mins. From google reviews, it’s said free. Food for breakfast is so so, nothing special. Quite old facilities. The best thing is facilities in the pool. All free and it’s real long and big pool. Compared with marriot group 5 stars hotel I will definitely recommend MARRIOT. Accor has long way to go in terms of service.

The resort was very nice and the swimming pools were awesome, but the beach was not that good because in evening there were many rocks which was making us not able enjoy that much and one night my daughter got fever and there was no service for any medicines so at 12:00 am I needed to go to buy medicines for my daughter, the hotel amenities was also very good and there are also many near by beach side restaurants which had many good foods and the foam party in the swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was delicious
