My recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite the front desk has strongly recommended the valet parking service for safety, our vehicles were stolen, revealing a significant security breach. The valet parking area lacked essential monitoring and security personnel, proving to be as unsafe as the public option.
What added to the disappoin**ent was the hotel's response post-incident. Instead of providing support, they handed us over to a third-party company, creating a communication void as if the incident hadn't occurred on their premises. To compound matters, neither the hotel nor the third-party company offered any compensation for our losses.
The lack of transparency further fueled our frustration. The hotel failed to provide any recording of the valet parking area, hindering a thorough investigation into the theft.
This experience falls short of the commi**ent to guest safety and satisfaction. I hope the hotel takes urgent steps to address these security concerns and provides a more supportive environment for its guests in the future.
