When the girl at the front desk can't identify a master card you know not to expect much.
SO many air fresheners...what are they trying to cover up? The air fresheners make it stink.

Stay away from this hotel if at all possible. They have no idea what they are doing. Had to get 3 different sets of key cards before they would work. The furniture was really worn. It was very noisy when trying to sleep at night. Was charged $52.14 on my credit card when I used my hotel points and there was no incidental charges. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Everyone I spoke with at the desk and cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating a handful of requests.

A nice place to stay when in Ida Grove. I checked in a few hours early, and they were able to find a room for me. The room was clean, the shower had lots of hot water and they have DirecTV to boot. The wifi worked perfectly too. All my interactions with the employees at the front desk were also great. They have some amazing people working here!

There was hair everywhere! The hotel rooms were not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and the bed. Both comforters had white stains and a big wet spot. When the comforter was pulled back the hair was throughout the sheets and blankets. There was hair in the bathroom, on the floor and in the shower. When called and told the desk the beds were dirty with hair, the person brought up one set of sheets and one blanket and stated he would try to find another for the other dirty bed. My family asked to stay in car instead. This hotel stay was not good. See images

Friendly staff and clean facility. Good breakfast choices and everything was clean and neat. Located right beside a good family style restaurant. We've stayed here i the past and I'm sure will stay here again.
