We got two rooms next to the elevator which has extreme noise. We requested to change the rooms, but the front desk refused. It is NOT FULL house on that day, just couple people in the hotel, why do they change our room? Not have a good experience and very disappointed.

Great stay and very good service.
Room was roomy.
Only problem for us was that we had a room towards the street and people could see straight into our room when we had the curtains open. No big problem though.
Highly recommend this hotel.
