華燈初上，夜色闌珊，夜晚的科技城十分絢爛，放眼望去最高的便是奧克斯皇冠假日酒店，我提着行李，剛進去酒店一樓大堂，禮賓姑娘便熱情的招待，疫情期間，管控嚴格，雖然麻煩，但讓我能很放心的入住，酒店的前台在5樓，王曉灧女士幫我辦理入住，高效簡潔，熱情大方，雖然戴着口罩，但也能看到微笑服務，暖暖一笑深夜疲憊消散不少，回到房間，大大的落地窗夜景很美，準備的水果也十分可口，第二天一大早下去吃早餐，應該也是禮賓的姑娘熱情的指引，前台姑娘也熱情的打招呼，一天的心情也都因此美麗，酒店的硬件可能都差不多，但是服務人員積極向上，熱情，耐心，為你處處着想的工作態度絕對是不同的！再次感謝Gloria在我入住期間對我提供的幫助！

性價比相當高，在杭州這個價格能住這麼高端的酒店真心覺得實惠，環境高端大氣，床品很舒適，衞生間也很寬敞，早餐也不錯，乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐很熱情，服務態度非常好，很滿意的一次入住。

酒店非常新，設施很完善，房間也特別大，前台小姐姐norma非常貼心周到，每天回到酒店看到打掃的也都非常乾淨整潔，此外酒店位置也很好，離某大廠以及其他互聯網企業都近，出差方便，有空的時候還可以去西溪，也不遠，整體體驗非常好。

很不錯的酒店，擁有皇冠酒店獨特的設計風格。
1，房間非常整潔，裝修很現代化。床也很舒適，空間很寬敞。
2，
健身房設備很齊全，由於酒店新開業，游泳池還未對外開放，應該是不錯的。
3，早餐非常的豐富，擺盤也很整潔乾淨。
4，值得一提的是，周邊的環境相當的高大上，這裡是杭州未來科技城的中心周邊的商圈已經頗具規模，酒店隔壁就有一家居網紅潛質餐廳，九龍會，強烈推薦。
感謝皇冠前台，幫我們做了房間升級，下次來杭州一定還要再來住。

Unable to use pool or gym as classes were taking place. As the fitness area is managed by a third party, potential guests should be informed in advance of times they are unable to use facilities. Personally, I would have booked a nearby hotel. Breakfast was good, however some food was not fresh.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Such great service and the best pool we have been in for a long time. Great comfy beds and bathtub! They spoke to us so nicely and made us feel special as it was my husbands birthday they gave him a cake and gift and even gave our baby a gift too. Really good breakfast variety too
