Bed was small with only a side table on one side. It’s a motel which wasn’t clear in the advertising and pictures. The continental breakfast was granola bars and dry bread. The tub was small with gross chalking. Basic maintenance could drastically improve the accommodations.

I got charged for an extra night when I stayed only one night and cancelled 24 hours in advance. ******* said it was up to the hotel and hotel said it was up to *******. They both told me it was ok but hotel charged me anyways. Have been a frequent customer for 15 years due to convenience. Hotel is under new management and it shows unfortunately. Also 5 flies in room last time I stayed which was in October. Time to find better places to stay in grand forks! They have lost a valued frequent family!

We have stayed at this hotel for many years but over our last few stays we find both ongoing maintenance and cleanliness less and less up to earlier year standards, i.e., in the room lampshade was torn and a light bulb out over the sink, door to the mini fridge in the breakfast room was wiped but left with visible, grey smudges. It was disappointing to see the hotel slipping in standards and falling into disrepair.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a guest who left 4 dogs in their truck overnight and they set off the vehicle alarm every 15 minutes. The staff had to deal with several disgruntled guests, but allowed late check out for guests who couldn’t sleep because of it. It’s unfortunate because situations like this often lead to bad reviews, when there wasn’t much the staff could do in this specific instance. I thought they handled it very well.

Cute little motel. It was perfect for my overnight stay. Rooms were clean and nicely updated. Front desk lady was so lovely. Very friendly and helpful. I will be sure to stay here again.

Bathroom was a disaster! Carpet and floor were uneven, walking it moved. Air conditioning didn't work. No housekeeping to speak of. Contential breakfast was white bread and hard-boiled eggs...
