Parece un hotel que quiere ser una discoteca, con una bola reflectante en el techo de la recepción, música alta en el lobby y en los pasillos, inodoros *****s en las habitaciones y terciopelo por todas partes. La mayor consecuencia de esta crisis de identidad para los huéspedes es la confusión del personal y de los espacios comunes hotel: los recepcionistas son majos, pero apuntaron mal la matrícula de nuestro coche (dos veces) así que nos multaron en el parking concertado (de pago) del hotel y no dan la sensación de saber lo que hacer en ningún momento (pánico constante cuando alguien tiene que recoger una maleta previamente dejada en consigna). Para llegar a dicho parking hay que atravesar la cocina, donde se puede ver a los camareros almorzando o cenando según la hora del día (parece la escena de Unos de los nuestros donde Ray Liotta entra en una discoteca desde la cocina). Las habitaciones y las camas están bien, pero también aquí hay detalles raros como la falta de caja fuerte, teléfono y pañuelos. Además está situado en una zona de oficinas incómoda para alcanzar el centro de Göteborg y demás puntos de interés, como Liseberg, por ejemplo. Resumiendo, un hotel claramente no para familias y más enfocado a un público joven que viene aquí a divertirse en el club Pachanga (una discoteca dura y pura, en el piso 27) y no para hacer turismo

The rooms are beautifully designed, absolutely gorgeous but so tiny that it doesn’t speak premium at all. Due to the big bars the view is completely distroyed. Service at the pool bar was great, service during dinner and food itself a massive disappointment. We had 5 courses and all except one were subpar. Service cold and not presenting food. Restaurant itself is cute but also breakfast was a massive disappointment. The dishes to order were all boring and not well made. The rest of the buffet just very minimal. I don’t mind a smaller spread to avoid food waste but then it has to be good which it wasn’t. Biggest disappointment: Photos and cameras allowed in the spa area. I will not return to this (to be fair absolutely gorgeous spa with great service, when people are taking pictures literally everywhere. People on the pool, around the pool with their phones.

The worst hotel I've ever seen. Rude staff special night staff, dirty rum. difficult to reach the reception by phone call, had to wait 2 hours almost. . I feel like I've thrown my money in the trash. ugh

An objective review from a person who has seen most of the world Room. 5/5 Bathroom 2/5 Reception area. 5/5 Breakfast. 2/5 Restaurant Archie. 4/5 Service. 3/5 Location. 1/5 The reception area is fantastic with a very cosy lounge and a bar area with fireplace. The rooms are close to perfect if you manage to get one of the bigger, since the small ones are very small. The bathroom are also very small and non functional. The breakfast in the Archie restaurant is very limited and of poor quality, and for sure below average for this kind of hotel. A big disappointment, but the breakfast restaurant itself is quite nice. Service is OK, but to many young confused people are working there in order to make it feel professional. The worst thing about the hotel is however the location, which is far away from everything. There is a absolutely nothing around the hotel - nothing. We used a fortune to get around in taxi, so take this into consideration. Conclusion: It could be a fantastic overall hotel, but due to a bad location, a poor breakfast and mostly small standard rooms, it is a mixed experience. The bigger rooms and the reception area are however fantastic.

No irons in rooms, downstairs restaurant had no tables available and the one upstairs an Asian fusion menu with very few veggie options.

Had the worst ever experience on the brunch. Our group had to Walt for 40 minutes until we get a waiter. I asked 3 times (!) to the headwaitress and the Staff was not avaible for taking our orders. When a glass sent broken on the table we as guests had to clean the table with our own napkins and the Staff didnt even bother to ask if we want help to clean the mess. Avoid this place!

Really Nice and modern hotel with great amenities, the interior is exceptional. Gym is really Nice as well as the pool club area.
I did miss a coffee machine in-room as well as it feld odd to be having to pay for a cappucino during the breakfast (which otherwise was Nice too!)

WOW this hotel is amazing. Very clean throughout, very luxurious, the reception area, bar area was very welcoming. Shuffleboard game and table tennis in the bar area too this was a pleasant and fun addition. Downside was the disorganised situation with the breakfast, as no defined route or coordination, but after a few minutes of looking around and seeing where everything was it was excellent.
