Thanks to Ahmed for such recommendation, and provided care. We fail in love with such customer service care by all team members specially guest relation manager Wissal! She went beyond the expectations and exceeded it specially when we shared our food feed back. The fact that people care about your feed back and go the extra mile to fix its something we dont see often in tunisia. Keep it up and soon you will be number one in town !

It was an excellent stay everything was great very comfortable and warm room, fantastic breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and Amal the guest relations was excellent you find her every were and at the service every time you asked for and Sofien too he was great. Would definitely recommend!!

Best business hotel in Tunis! A new management team in place since a few weeks back and what a difference it makes! From the better customer experience at the front desk (Mohamed Aziz and his team), to the main restaurant (Aladin is wonderful), to the bar on the ground floor (Iskander is great), to the airport transfers provided by the hotel through the most friendly Fadi, the hotel is really a wonderful place to stay for business trips. Don’t look at other options, stay here

The service was excellent very good hospitality, excellent cleaning good food hospitality perfect, especially The guest relations Ms Amal she was excellent with everything, she Check on us every day until the check out, and the duty manager at the reception, everything was perfect, I have seen The general manager he's very good and very friendly Asking for any comments or remarks, there was nothing it is running very good they are doing their best to improve everything! Was here last year it was not the same good luck to the new management all the best regards.

The hotel was so satisfying. Especially the restaurant/food and all the staff. But I would like to thank Ms. Amal for her high effort and help. She was trying her best to keep everything in order. Tunisia is a great and welcoming country with lots to do and see.
