During my recent stay at the hotel, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. To begin with, the hotel's facilities were outdated and in poor condition. The furniture in the rooms was old and worn out, and the decor was in dire need of an update, which made the environment less comfortable and uninviting.
In addition, I was frustrated with the hotel's response to my request for a phone charger. Despite multiple requests, it took a long time before I was finally provided with one. This was highly inconvenient, especially considering that I needed my phone for work purposes.
Furthermore, the television in my room was not working, which added to my dissatisfaction. This was a basic amenity that should have been functioning properly, and it was disappointing to have to deal with such issues during my stay.
The front desk staff's attitude was also unacceptable. They were cold and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome. I expected a warm and friendly welcome, but instead, I was met with indifference.
Lastly, the hotel staff did not proactively assist me during my stay. I needed help with my luggage, but no one offered to help, and I had to carry it myself. This lack of service was frustrating and unacceptable.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The outdated facilities, poor response to my requests, and lack of assistance from the staff made my stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel management takes note of these issues and takes the necessary steps to improve its services and facilities for future guests.
