We stay at this hotel often. There aren't many to choose from in the area. It is a nice place to stay. I think if they had a little competition in the area, they wouldn't be as expensive. Overall, no complaints. Clean. Friendly service.

Stayed for 2 nights and was very comfortable and quiet. Easy check in and out. Very well lighted parking lot. I thought the rooms were pricey for the area.

The rooms are dirty. They need to retrain housekeeping. There was someone else’s hair on the shower. It just looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirt on the floor and a sticky table. Hopefully, they change the bed linens…
If there were other safe hotel options in Crossett, I wouldn’t stay here. I have mentioned some issues in the past, such as a room door with a broken lock, a broken air conditioner.. And nothing changes.
Broken down, dirty rooms for nearly 200 per night. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have a clean room.

There was mold behind the light sockets and some sockets were burnt. There was dirt on floor and little orange looking bugs in shower and on walls. Room had a strange smell.

The facility and its amenities were fine in general; however, noise made by persons in rooms next to and above was not buffered in any way. Luckily, they quieted down by the time I went to bed. I didn’t mind it as much in the morning but others might. Lacked sound proofing.

We stay in Tru Hilton’s a lot. This one was a little less clean and tidy compared to others, and the staff was not as courteous as you normally see at hotels. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The ceiling sound proofing was not adequate to insulate noise from the room above.
The pool was not open. Limited breakfast options. No microwave in room or coffeemaker.
The property was relatively clean and presents well and is really the only updated option in Crossett.
