Having family in Columbus, we’ve stayed here many times. The time before this last visit was horrible. Room was filthy, furniture broken. I contacted customer service and we were assured this was a one off and they would look into it. We decided to give this hotel another chance and yikes. The room this time was even worse. The black and pink bacteria in the shower was so thick, the room was incredibly dusty, and the thermostat didn’t work at all. Contacted customer service again and we were given 10k points. Not enough to stay at any of their hotels. So disappointed in Marriott. Never again.
