Got to hotel after 11 pm. Was very tired. Doors were locked to loby. Desk person gave us key to wrong room. Had to give me key to another room. When ready to check out had to wait over five minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no employee behind the checkout desk.

Overall, the service was great! Friendly staff and a wonderful hot breakfast. Our room was not in the best shape. Bathroom shower head was rusty, broken tile, chair that went with the desk was broken, and the floor was disgusting. Beds were comfortable and clean, but had an awful squeak. Minor things that can be easily fixed.

There was mold in the bath soap dish. I sat in the tub and saw it. Hope all the way down the countertop with sink. One would think with them saying Best Western Executive Suites it would have been better. Breakfast was good!

Service was good; however, several things in the room need attention. No hair dryer, the sink wouldn't shut off completely, and the tub didn't properly drain. The floors were noticeably dirty.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and price of our suite. Everything worked as it should, it was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay here again!

The room floors were filthy! If I could share a picture of the bottom of my feet after walking on them I would. Would not stay here again.
