The check in staff were friendly and quick. The place looked a little old from the outside. But inside was sparkling and new. Lovely fixtures comfy bed with fridge and microwave and coffee.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Our broken Keurig was replaced within minutes of asking. There were free flyers on top of the help desk that showed where the attractions, restaurants, and everything else within/near Chincoteague. I would gladly return for another visit!

The property had easy access to everything needed to make vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The room was large and very clean.

T.V. had issues, wifi was spotty, housekeeping didn't take care of our room except emptying trash. Office staff was helpful in trying to take care of issues. We moved to a different room due to t.v. not working.

I stayed 2 nights, and I thought the location was perfect for exploring Chincoteague. I parked my car when I arrived and didn't drive it again until I left, choosing to walk or ride my bicycle around. My room was very clean & comfortable, and I loved relaxing by the pool. Katie, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is clearly under renovation at this time, but the room was clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable.

Room was very nice and recently renovated. Some ongoing renovation, so property itself not picture perfect. Staff was super, check-in easy, clean room, comfortable Bed, A/C worked well, Nice TV.

The booked property 'The Inn on the Main' is not ready for customers. It is still under construction. However we were provided accommodation at one of their other properties.
