Room was big and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Location is nearby many cafes, Maya Mall, One Nimman, boutique shops and massage places. If you stayed over the weekend, you can enjoy the shopping at White Market. Will stay again.

The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the white market, and 10-min walk to the Maya Shopping Centre. The rooms are clean and staff were very helpful. However, the choices for breakfast were very limited. Different types of eggs and drinks could be available upon request.

The description of the hotel as a gallery hotel with 5* rating fooled me into booking for 2 nights stay. While the hotel is located at the very centre of Chiang Mai, it is not up to 5*: the breakfast was not that good compared to a normal 3* hotel, the room was not clean, towels were as old as 2 years never changed.

The service is very good. The staff at the front desk helped us book massages the first day we arrived. Breakfast is ok, with the advantage that it last until 10.30 (from 6.30) which some hotels do shorter. Location wise is a quiet area, but lots of bars, restaurants and massage parlours to choose from. The room was also very well decorated. Would definitely go back again

Hotel is modern! Very near to the mall ! Staffs are friendly. Slippers very comfortable that I even bought one pair ! Hotel coffee is nice!

Absolutely fabulous hotel and staff. It’s located close to all the action and very walkable. The staff were attentive and friendly. We went to the bar on the 8th floor for some great cocktails. I highly recommend staying here on your trip to Chiang Mai.
