Stay here every time came to Bintulu.. once my favourite hotel but the service becomes not so good.. hard to negotiate even though you are a regular customer and i loss my interest to stay there anymore. I’m sorry.

Always first choice hotel in bintulu..room was modern and clean with sufficient amenities provided..love the bed,pillow and water pressure. Room just a bit small but dont mind for solo traveller like me😊

Overall good experience, location is strategic, breakfast is nice with good standard (I like the pancakes, very fluffy)
Took quite some time for check in (around 30 minutes) room is otherwise good and new, comfortable. Recommend!
