El exterior del hotel es precioso, con amplios jardines y una fachada preciosa. Literalmente es un palacio, no es la recreación de un palacio. Entiendo que haya gustos distintos, pero a mí personalmente me parece que tiene su encanto pasar la noche en un auténtico palacio. El interior también es increíble, las habitaciones es cierto que son clásicas, pero son enormes y el mobiliario tiene mucho encanto ya que es de época. A mí me gustó mucho, es cierto que si prefieres las modernidad y éste no es tu estilo, lo encontrarás anticuado, pero depende de gustos. Tiene una piscina interior preciosa, merece la pena d**** un paseo por el interior del palacio y recorrer los pasillos, y ver los jardines. También tiene restaurante, nosotros desayunamos y cenamos. El desayuno fue a la carta, estilo continental, te ofrecen todo lo que quieras, siempre están muy preocupados de que estés satisfecho y de que te guste todo. La cena también estuvo muy bien, amplia variedad y muy rica. Lo mejor es el personal del hotel, son encantadores y siempre muy atentos de que estés contento, lo cual se agradece mucho ya que te hacen sentir muy especial. Yo recomiendo que vengáis porque la experiencia merece la pena!

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed. You can feel the history all around you. In Europe you would have to be a millionaire to stay in such a beautiful hotel, surrounding grounds. Museum in hotel for history of the place ❤️❤️❤️ Not a bad word to say

Very good service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The rooms are beautiful and also the food. The staff is really profesional and especially Narendra was really kind with us!!! I likes this hotel and I recommend it. Thank you for this experience!!

The bar service from Narendra Singh was very friendly and professional. Best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. The hotel is a spectacular property that I recommend highly. It is a beautiful heritage hotel. The restaurant food was exceptional. Thank you

The property is interesting, given its historic value, but is not properly set up for western tourists. The rooms do not have wifi (at all) - you are expected to sit in the lobby if you need wifi access. The rooms have cable TV, but only 1-2 stations in English. I would be shocked if the front desk staff have been to hotel ***agement schools or training - they do not know how to properly interact with guests and ***age guest requests. Very basic property, other than its historic value it is not a particularly well run hotel.

Very nice and warm place. This is a heritage hotel hosted by the Royal family. Narendra Singh and Ajay Singh Shekhawat took excellent care and explendid hospitality! This is a must stay hotel at Bikaner! Wish all a very happy new year! Regards Avi

Don't get me wrong... The opulence and ambience of the Palace is great. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and it's a good mix of royal and quaint. What really disappointed us was the food. We had Chicken Shashlik, Hungarian Goulash, and Spaghetti Bolognaise prepared in the same sauce and taste exactly the same. And the sauce was tarty as #*@√!

The hotel is very beautiful, the decoration and services are very good. The hotel restaurant is excellent, I ate the best mutton in the world ( gosth darbari ) , the waiter at the restaurant Narendra Singh is very professional and friendly which enhances the experience . Mahe
