Fuimos a cenar al comedor nos sentamos en la mesa y vemos que la camarera despacha las personas de las mesas que llegaron después antes que la nuestra, le decimos a la camarera llamada Jasmina que no nos parece normal y su respuesta es que si no estamos de acuerdo nos marchemos a cenar a otro sitio cuando estábamos hospedados en ese hotel, que falta de ética profesional y poca formación desde luego recursos humanos deja mucho que desear y la dirección del hotel mucho más por permitir esa falta de respeto a los clientes.

We've been here only for lunch, but we liked the menu options, the service, the restaurant itself and also, the food was great, served in lovely plates. The mushroom soup was really good and also the rest of what we had. Kids enjoyed the food too! We recommend it!

Very convenient transit hotel, located close to A1 highway at about one hour drive from Hungarian border. If you're in a road trip and need to sleep over night in Arad, you should definitely consider this accommodation. Large and free private parking, right in front of the hotel. Pet friendly - we spotted several clients checking in and out with their animal friends. Decent breakfast. The room is quite basic, as well as the bathroom. There are funny stencils on the walls, dedicated to the pioneers of local industry. The only downside might be the distance to city center, as the hotel is actually located in a industrial area near Arad. However, the sound insulation seems to be of top quality, so we've not been disturbed by the traffic noise. As I have mentioned above, it seems to be a transit hotel, intended for one night guests. The staff is very kind. We were offered a welcome beverage, as Accor silver card guests, which was very nice. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

We arrived late due to delays at the border crossing. When we called to let the hotel know the receptionist was great, reassuring us that there would be no problem and not to rush.
On arrival she was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice welcome after a long journey.

For transit is the perfect choice. Close to highway and still quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is a rich buffet and hours of availability satisfies every possible need. Personnel is just outstanding: mostly young and friendly and helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
