I liked the idea that it was close to St. Mary's hospital since it was our first time there. But it definitely needed an upgrade on carpet, drapes and bedspread. Also, there were stains on bathroom floor that only the imagination could try to figure out.

Owner was very nice, easy to deal with. Room was decent and clean, and QUIET, unlike some other small hotels I have stayed at in the past.
Also, was fairly close to the Lucerne Valley Dry Lake Bed for the three day rocket launch I was attending.
Reasonable rates also...will definitely stay again in the future!

A little pricey for what you get. Room was clean, nothing was broken, but it's Apple Valley, not LA.

Only recommendations would be a coffee machine in room as lobby non avail early in morning. Also a shelf above toilet would facilitate the lack of sink counter space. I would recommend this stay to anyone. Clean, safe, cost is reasonable. Linens getting old but all around I would stay again should Apple Valley be in my itinerary.

I lived in AV for many years. Moved away 17 years ago. When i visit, this is my favorite place to lodge. It's quiet, clean, comfortable and feels nostalgic. I love it!

This is the old hotel that’s been redone. We were in town for a wedding reception and it worked out perfect. There are not many options to stay in the Apple Valley area. We would definitely stay here again.

A property that is clean and has a working vending and ice machine is great! The bonus is that the room has a mini fridge and microwave. Great stay!
