This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Solo trip to Ahmadabad, boring in terms of weather is too hot couldn't enjoy the city tour. Hotel is good nicely kept. Has all the require facilities require for business travelers. spa and gym is available where you can spend your time. Gym is free operational always. Spa facilities available let at fine rate when it comes to five star properties. Team is good, nice gesture. Hope so will be back next month for one more solo trip.staff is nice helpful keep you engaged. trip was solo and single.

Despite having a very decent food quality the overall experience is very poor because of untrained and intrusive staff, which pesters you like a Dhaba for reviews. They need to invest in training their staff to basic level. They pick up plates even while you in in middle of your meal. And this has happened for second time in last three days.

Had a wonderful experience with Ummed and their hopitality was well above the Mark and ther food and service by Maitree and Anurag in Jacarda resturant was awesome
