I booked my stay through Trip.com and was double-charged by Courtyard Marriott and Trip.com upon check-out: for anyone reading this, whenever you book through trip.com you should 100% ensure the hotel you're staying at DOES NOT also charge you! Upon catching the mistake on my credit card statement, I called the hotel and was put in a waiting queue and after 20 minutes I hung up and called right back and got through: there's obviously some issue with the phone system or monitoring. After sorting through the issue with the associate, she informed me they needed to get a temporary credit card number from trip.com before they could process my refund: THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as it was their mistake to charge me in the first place! The associate asked if I wanted to speak with a manager and I said yes and was put on hold again. Eventually the line picked up but I just heard background noise. All of this was two days ago: still no return call and no refund. I emailed Marriott corporate and they said they would follow-up. I've now spent an hour on this. It's clear associates at this location were not trained on how to handle 3rd-party bookings and good customer service.

Mala experiencia, nunca fueron a limpiar el cuarto durante mi estadía a pesar de que se solicito en varias ocasiones, las llaves se desconfiguran diario, diariamente me estuvieron haciendo cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito cuando mi estadía ya estaba pagada previamente, el personal en el front desk muy amable pero no resolvió nada.

I booked a room for a wedding reservation two months ahead and traveled to the hotel to find out that they overbooked and my reservation was canceled earlier in the day while I was traveling. So 11:30 am I received an email from them canceling my two month old reservation. Shame on them for overbooking and ruining my entire trip. I honestly do not recommend his hotel and their practices.

1st room toilet wouldn't flush, and tv was on blaring and wouldn't shut off. 2nd room they tried to give us had a huge red stain about 1 1/2 feet round int the middle of carpet. 3rd room had a few little red stains in carpet, but other then that the 3rd was clean. New manager just took over the hotel and she tried to go out of her way to make things right.

We cannot sleep in a bed that hard it was the only room available when we checked in and this bed felt as if it had a piece of board under it my daughter and I just could not sleep in it as soon as we laid down about 10 minutes later we had to go we checked out explained that we were checking out early and I would like a partial refund no refund given

Nice hotel with a lot of amenities and pleasant staff, but I agree with some of the other reviews about the showers that leak, make sure to put a towel down in front of it or watch your step getting out! ;) Otherwise the stay was fine although the room wasn’t quite ready at check in and then there was some issue with their system and my ********** reservation, but they got it worked out fairly quickly I guess
