It was a nice experiance to stay at Yorktowne. Since it is reacently renovated it is top notch on the interior. The hotel in it self has been around for almost 100 years and they have keept a good part of the old interior too.
The loby bar delivers good food

Great jewel of a hotel in a small downtown. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It maintains its historic charm while having modern updates, and mixes the two seamlessly. I'm glad I choose it and looking forward to staying there again.

This is the best place to stay in York. Newly renovated with some elements of the hotel history well preserved. Super friendly service especially with four-legged guests.

After 6 years of closure and significant top to bottom renovation, this iconic York property shines bright again! Many great additions and the preservation of many classic details conjure great memories of my senior prom site as well as the scene for two of my aunts’ wedding receptions in the 1960’s & ‘70’s.

Only draw back is the lack of parking at this Hotel you have to pay to park in the city parking garage across the street.
