El Gran hotel Yerevan está muy bien situada, en una zona residencial, comercial y muy cerca de la Plaza de la Republica. Sus instalaciones son impecables, los cuartos cómodos. Y el personal muy atento. El desayuno variado. En el techo hay una piscina agradable para relaj**** después de las excursiones.

La opcion de upgrade no existe, me dieron una hsbitacion justo en la escaleras en el piso 5 donde todas las personas pasan para la alberca.

I frequently stay at grand hotel yerevan as it’s the most convenient and historic in the center of Yerevan. The cleanliness, location convenience, high end service and amazing staff all make my stay wonderful each time I visit. I have brought guests from abroad who have all enjoyed staying at the hotel as well. The guest experience ambassador Syuzi Ayrumyan always makes sure that all my needs are taken care of and that I have an amazing time. She makes everyone feel at home, organizes very fun brunches, get togethers and is always interesting to spend time with her. Much thanks to Syuzi and the whole Grand Hotel staff. Highly Recommended! The hotel is located very conveniently, in the city center, in an old building built during the Soviet era. The staff is very friendly and ready to provide any help. Breakfast is not very varied, but quite tasty. When private events are held in the inner “winter” garden, it feels as if the musicians are playing right in your room. Very loud and noisy.

I’m a frequent traveler to Yerevan-Armenia and it’s about 4 years that I always stay in this beautiful hotel. There are many great things about this hotel: its location (at the heart of the city), spacious rooms with fair price, cleanness, fresh & tasty foods,…. But the most notable one is the staff. They are so friendly and professional especially Mrs.Syuzi Ayrumyan (Guest Experience Ambassador) who knows the best of the city for different tastes from high brand clothing shops ( international & Armenian designers), high end jewelry shops, best restaurants …to best Armenian chocolates and coffee. She can guide you for the best shopping in Yerevan. With her you never get bored even as a solo traveler🙏🌺. Every time I stay at this hotel I feel like home because of her and also other staff. She organizes very nice breakfast and brunch presentation at the restaurant inside the hotel so don’t miss the Sunday brunch and you can experience and taste one of the best Armenian cuisine👌. I highly recommend this hotel. Go to Yerevan, Stay in this hotel and enjoy beautiful Armenian touch of everything❤️.

Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch.
