Wanda Realm Yan'an

La ropa de cama es buena, el ambiente de la habitación es hermoso, el desayuno es rico y variado, el servicio es atento, el personal de atención al cliente es de alta calidad, los servicios de apoyo son completos y hay un servicio especial de recogida de automóviles para abreviar -viajes de distancia. Aparcamiento gratuito, fácil estancia con niños, la ubicación del hotel.

La bañera es muy buena y el servicio está en su lugar. A los niños les gusta mucho la Wanda Red Street circundante. El servicio de autobús es realmente adecuado para la familia que viene aquí de vacaciones, muy bueno.

Una gran experiencia. Llame antes del check-in para preguntar si existen requisitos especiales. Después de llegar a la tienda, la alegría inesperada nos dio una mejora gratuita del tipo de habitación. El personal es muy entusiasta, especialmente el servicio íntimo del asistente de Red Star Dale. El ambiente del hotel es genial, las habitaciones son muy distintivas, como la gran bañera redonda. El desayuno estaba bastante rico y tomé un croissant con muy buen sabor. Cerca se encuentra Wanda Red Street y también se puede ir de compras y comer. El hotel tiene un carro de batería para recoger y dejar, lo cual es muy conveniente.

El hotel recién inaugurado en Yan'an tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de Red Street y muy cerca de Pagoda Mountain. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y con un servicio de primera clase. En particular, los asistentes de Wanda Jiahua Red Star agregaron WeChat temprano para responder todas las preguntas, preocup**** por todo y brindar un servicio considerado. Yan'an debe vivir en primer lugar en el hotel. Recomiendo qued****.

Hotel nuevo, muy conveniente, habitación con cama "kang" y estilo Shaanxi muy agradable experiencia, muy fácil acceso y estacionamiento, linda vista y muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes.

The room along the river is so nice that I enjoyed fireworks to celebrate ***** new year. Anna(安娜) at the front desk is very friendly and kind to help my first trip there. I appreciate her support so much!!

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the train station, and around the same from the center of town, and right across the lake from the red street, so it's very conveniently located. The hotel itself was really excellent. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Cherry at the front desk was extremely helpful! The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities are great. Not to mention the breakfast was also wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors, and will definitely come back.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

真是忍不住手動五星好評👍五一期間跟家人一起遊延安，住在這裏既方便又舒心。大堂遇見的每一位工作人員都很熱情、服務意識棒棒噠～帶着長者孩子住了兩晚，還有心地給升級了特色炕房。對面的萬達紅街孩子玩起來很開心，酒店擺渡車響應及時，觀看再回延安的演出也非常方便（演出也很推薦，如果不是五一假期、人少點兒觀感會更好哦），一次有意義的紅色之旅，推薦朋友們來住。
