I always have a nice stay here. It is easy to check in, it is close to the planet fitness and my work. It is quiet, it is clean. It is near many decent restaurants. This is my go to spot when I come to Wilmington.

When I first made my reservation, I ask for a room on the very top level, but didn't get it. My wife and I had to deal with children running at night over our room. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk the next morning but nothing changed. Again we had to deal with it again the following night. I was very, very displeased, and my wife and I did not get any rest that weekend.

We arrived early and I was happy because they were able to check us in early but the room they gave us was dirty. Trash, unmade beds, soiled towels and the bathroom was bad. They found us another room quickly. Coffee is not available unless you use the coffee maker in the room. There was a wedding party and they took the hotel over. The hotel should have used the conference room for the group for breakfast because they took over the entire eating area and didn't leave because they were socializing. It was extremely chaotic. First time at this hotel and not quite what I expected.

Book a reservation only to get to the hotel and have them tell me they are fully booked. Guy behind the desk was rude. Offered no help. Told me to call *******

Our stay was great!! Rooms were very clean. Our only complaint was with breakfast which could have more choices for example regular bacon everyone doesn’t eat turkey bacon as well as regular sausage. Other than that great stay & we will be back!
