The facility was very clean. Staff members were very courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was more than just a basic breakfast. Lounge staff were well trained. A very good overall experience for a business meeting in the small meeting rooms. Wonderful buffet supper and excellent serving staff. Would recommend to use again.

The Grand Williston has made significant improvements in recent years to its restaurant, bar and convention area, making it an excellent location to host an event. Moreover, hotel staff--in particular Maddie and Julie--are outstanding, providing excellent customer service and friendly assistance. The Grand Williston is an economic place to stay and is on track to become the gem of the city, especially as room renovations proceed.

Staff was very friendly, but they have no elevator. Had to lug all my luggage up a couple flights of stairs. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very out of date. Bathrooms were not ideal.

The only way to get your door for poolside is to go out by the pool and unlock your door. They lock you in at 9 pm and no one can be out by the pool!

The hotel lobby looked great but the rooms were very dated. It had a smell of sewage throughout the hotel. I booked a suite and all it had was a bed and a tv .

Our stay was okay. This property is very outdated and our room could have been cleaner. Our kids did enjoy the waterslide and pool though.
