Wangaratta Caravan Park features an outdoor swimming pool, new in 2016, and a children's playground as well as a covered camp kitchen. The self-catering cottages and bungalows include air-conditioning. A kitchenette is furnished with all the basic amenities for a meal and a coffee or tea. Two bedrooms, an open-plan dining area, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a veranda to relax on after a day of exploring, are all included. Guests can relax in the garden or by the new swimming pool. They can also use the communal BBQ and the guest laundry facilities. Wangaratta CBD, which is only a 15 minute walk along the picturesque levy bank paths offers numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs, retail stores, op shops and art and craft stores. Property was not cleaned properly and dirty; 1 .Shower had hair in it. 2. Freezer was dirty. 3. PowerPoint switches broken. 4. Cutlery and dishes dirty. 5. No liquid to wash dishes. 6. Microwave was dirty.

We stayed in a cabin which was ok but was suppose to have WIFI, it didn't have WIFI. I went to the office and told them I didn't have WIFI, showed them the phone and she said there it is. Went back to cabin and no WIFI. I think the lady knew the cabin was out of the WIFI range, so was not impressed. The cabin was clean.

I had been unpowered solo tent camping though SE Vic (phillip Island to Mallacootaand up over the mountains), for the previous 6 nights. I arrived and asked for an unpowered site, I was informed that they only had powered sites. I said "ok, I just need a patch of grass enough for my tent my car and my chair". First of all I was charged $40 for the night (the most expensive nights accommodation so far) then I was given a map to my allocated site. The site I was allocated for my tent was extremely uneven! Anyone who has slept on the ground knows that a sloped patch is quite uncomfortable. Then i looked at the map i was given and it clearly states 2 separate unpowered camping sites. Which I what I requested at check in!!! And then as if my time was not disturbed enough, the site I was allocated was right across from the amenities block, which normally wouldn't be an issue exept the exhaust fan came on at 0300 for 30mins if not more. So here I am in a tent on uneven sloped ground, on a powered site (completely unnecessary) next to an amenities block with the exhaust fan going at 3am. Expensive, sloping and noisy Not reccomend
