booked on ******* at reasonable price when i arrived, had to pay an additional 100 dollar deposit. this was not mentioned during online booking. staff was nice, room was clean. Facility is really outdated, but functional. weather was cold and there was a 1 inch gap under door leading outside which made it hard for heat to keep up. i stuck a towel under the door to solve that problem

The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane engine. There were bugs in the tub and sink. Scary place.

I travel a lot. I NEVER had a hotel make you pay $100 as a security deposit in cash. Then on top of that, they do not give you your money back until they inspect the room before you check out. Mind you they only have one person working. They have to answer phones, make the coffee and leave you in the lobby as they check out the room.

Very poor experience, room had a musty smell with little bugs flying around. Shower goes from hot to cool to scorching hot! Who ever gave the rating doesn’t expect much! Booked this as they advertised including breakfast, which is carry and go. By the time around 8 in the morning it was empty! Only coffee was left. Counter suggest we buy breakfast next door. Would Never return!

Not unique. Soft bed, very small, thin towels, and there were flies and hundreds of gnats/fruit flies. AWFUL

It was a good last-minute booking. The bathroom is a little dated, but the living room and bedroom were wonderful!

So I made the reservation through ******* today for tonight trying to accommodate my significant other who is down there for business. Due to the weather and the storms, we had an emergency and needed to tend to an issue out of the area and I called literally one hour after I made the reservation to cancel. The operator, Courtney the sweetest and post patient human, told us that she is not authorized to handle cancellations, and the owner, Kenny, is to be contacted to give us a waiver. So ******* and I have tried to contact him and he was not responding. I made three calls to the property, after ******* stated they cannot reach him, trying to just get an answer - yes or no - and Courtney has been a sweetheart, but Kenny is not replying (not even to my text). So in my last call, I told Courtney that if he wants to handle waivers, he needs to be answering his phone; this feels like babysitting; then I asked her to ask him to please respond. Two hours later I finally got a reply that this is advance payment and it’s not refundable. How hard was it to tell me that when I called? Well, we know where to NOT book in the future. Terrible way of conducting business

Property was too expensive for the location.

The property was clean and close to fast food places.
