Avoid this Holiday Inn Express! If you have any sort of mobility issues (but not quite in need of a roll-in shower), the bathtub is extremely hard to get in to take a shower, and there are no safety bars.
Our first room stunk like dirty socks. Called the staff, they came up and said that there was no problem. The next day, asked to be accommodated to a wheelchair accessible room in hopes my mother would be able to actually get in that shower. The only difference is, there were actually safety bars. This room stunk like mold, the paint was chipping off, and the pullout sofa had dead bed bugs on the mattress pad! When the staff came to check it out, they literally shrugged their shoulders and said "I'm sorry about that."
We finally were moved to a third room in two days. This one was actually clean and did not smell, but still had an unusable bathtub for my mother. According to the front desk, they only have ONE room with a roll-in shower. Truly a disappointing hotel and a lesson was learned NOT to book through ******* as they declined to provide any assistance or refund.
