Lovely environment,great for family , exallent service, good food and friendly staff had amazing absolute best experience, I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who wants a nice family time or wants to go for a solitude trip .great place

Looking for a getaway alone/ with family & friends. This is hotel is definitely it!!! I enjoyed my 2 day stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and comfortable rooms available for solo travelers. Great amenities as well - pool & gym. The food is ok and definitely enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel.

This is one of the beautiful hotels I have ever seen, the staff is friendly and they have the best customer service, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have fun, not forgetting the food is delicious and healthy, please check it out

Staying at this hotel is so nostalgic with amazing staff,I wish I could stay here forever the breakfast,they have so much to offer...and overlooking the orange River from the balcony of spacious rooms is just a setting to indulge in. IT'S A WONDERFUL PLACE EVEN FOR FAMILY AS WELL

Service levels from staff are disappointing, staff seem untrained and come across as unfriendly. Room service takes forever, you could forget that you ordered food. No stake knives on order for room service. The shocker was the cold water temperature in the morning. For two days I showered with cold to luke warm water in freezing winter.

Awesome stay at this establishment 28/12 - 2/1, from the hassle free booking with Terence, who communicated my booking options professionally, and handled them in an expeditious manner.... To the front staff (Grace), always courteous and cordial... To restaurant staff, at the ready to assist with buffet/meal choices. And to the cleaning staff, who are unintrusive in their duties, and friendly manner, made me feel right at home. With staff this well trained and appointed, one has to say that this hotel is an asset to the town, and it's owner. Well done. Definitely will see me again should I require accommodation in Upington.
