This apartment was perfect. Clean, stylish & spacious.
Everything one could want was available and the staff were really helpful.

晚上9點到店，竟然無人接待。説是酒店其實衹有4間房，房門帶密碼鎖更像民宿。找了攜程小助理，聯繫後説前台到8：30下班了，但未提前告知，也未留下任何通知。等到9：30才有人打電話告知開鎖密碼進入房間。
位置不錯，設施齊全。房間寬敞。服務實在太差了。
攜程小助理不錯，北京時間夜裡3點聯繫秒回，直到解決問題。

We really enjoy our stay in this Hotel. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well equipped and the view was excellent. I will definetely always stay at Oriana Homel when visiting Udine. It’s was my favorite out of all the places we stayed in Italy . Can’t wait for my next trip to Udine.

Liked everything about the property, only 2 suggestions we have is creamers or milk would be a nice touch to go along with the beautiful coffee machine, and a few English channels on TV. Other than that we shall return to this charming property on our next trip to Italy. 5 Stars

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and view of Udine is excellent. There’s lots of options in Udine including air b and b but I’ll always stay at Oriana Homel. It’s my favorite . Can’t wait for my next trip to Udine.
