Nice and clean. Staff was great. A little noisy at night, but it’s by the airport and major shopping area. What can you do? Bed was actually pretty comfortable, and nice pillows!

Lots of cars being broken into so can’t leave anything in car. Place is locked down at night due to thefts. Noisy from busy road and the place is really dated and starting to look shoddy. Breakfast was good though.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Shuttle service to/from airport and to local restaurants was great. Room was clean. For someone that needs it perfectly quiet, this is not the hotel for you - quite a bit of traffic/train noise. But, it did not really bother me. Free breakfast was good and the food was kept stocked and the area clean. Would definitely stay there again and it was a good value.

This is a typucal Hampton Inn and reliably clean and comfortable. Although near airpirt, we had a very quiet room. Breakfast good, as always.

The staff was very helpful especially the day we were leaving. Aside from storing our luggage, they kept my ice pack in their freezer and my insulin in their refrigerator. When it was time to leave, they got all of that together for me quickly.
I have two complaints: there were no close restaurants and their shuttle driver didn’t speak English (he was very nice in spite of that).

What little contact we had with hotel employees was excellent. A blind partially covering a window out onto the pool area would not close. The desk clerk quickly found a way to cover the window for our privacy.
However, the door to the room was difficult to close tightly to lock on exiting, and even latch from the inside. The door had serious pry marks on its exterior as well.
The room was fairly noisy due to it being located practically under I-405 and our room being on the freeway side of the hotel.
