Easily comparable to mid-range chain hotels, but with a Native accent. The complimentary breakfast needs help: powdered egg omelets and such, possibly to encourage patronage of the neighboring and associated Denny's. This is an excellent base for exploring the area, midway between Grand Canyon and Monument Valley.

On our way to monument valley we found this gem. Very clean all around. Staff was very friendly and told us where we could get some laundry done. Complimentary breakfast was good. Price we thought was very fair for how nice the place is. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Well, quite anonymous hotel, anonymous breakfast and anonymous staff… Room is quite big, but no housekeeping due to covid. Hotel was quite empty. At the end in Tuna City you have to cope with what is offered. Same situations for restaurants. Better to buy food at a supermarket.

Beautiful hotel, good accommodations, fair/poor customer service. We choose the Moenkopi Inn as an overnight stop en route from Williams Az to Four Corners and booked a King Suite for our family months in advance. After checking in we realized that the sofa did not have a pull out bed as expected and had to switch rooms. We were moved to a room with two queen beds which was fine but much less spacious and didn’t have the same amenities. When I inquired about receiving a refund for the price difference btwn the two rooms, I was met with resistance and annoyance and told that because I booked online and already paid there was no price difference. I was also told that we “used two rooms” multiple times during the conversation and that they now had to have the first room cleaned again before they could sell it to another guest (even though we never unpacked or turned down the bed). Overall the experience was sufficient for the 12 hrs we needed to rest but the staff were difficult and unwelcoming. I don’t foresee traveling through Tuba City again but if we do, we’d choose one of the other 3 hotels in town.

This place was spectacular. So clean, smelled so nice. Beds were very comfortable. Friendly staff she was so nice when booking on the phone and at check in. I highly recommend staying here. Great place!!

We were scheduled for the Standard tour from 8:30-4pm. Tour stated at 8:45, tour guide was gassing up the an. First stop was Coal Mine Canyon--beautiful area. From there things went down hill. Village of Old Oraibi---NOT AVAILABLE Hopi Art trail, member Hamana Pooh's gallery--NOT AVAILABLE Silversmith demonstration--ARRIVED TO THE SURPRISE OF THE SILVERSMITH Lunch at Hopi Culture Center--NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS SO NO LUNCH. NOT GOOD FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION AND CAN NOT SKIP MEALS. WE GOT LUCKY THEY BROUGHT SOMETHING EAT. Prophecy Rock--NOT AVAILABLE Dawa Park--was amazing. TOUR GUIDE ADAM--AMAZING

Friendly staff, well managed hotel. We had a king suite; living area very comfortable seating for watching TV. Microwave and refrigerator in room, able to heat meals to eat in. Not many restaurant options nearby. Bed firm, had restful sleep. This was perfect to break up our 15 hr car trip from CO.

No hot water!!! I have been here for a while and have complained about this issue and it still persists. The only positive is that the staff is very nice. They don't compensate for this so don't look for one

Great place, clean, friendly staff, but I was charged an additional $285 fee for leaving two beers in the fridge. I am not kidding!! It's a Native land rule, which wasn't made clear when I signed in. Expensive stay at $400 a night. Good grief. Never again.
